Nicole had already been uncomfortable with the size of her nose before breaking it and underwent a rhinoplasty to give her the nose of her dreams.
To correct the damage to the nose, Dr. Barrett performed a closed rhinoplasty to file down the dorsum. Dr. Barrett uses the nostril to access the dorsum and dissect a space above the broken bone to make space to refigure the nose with the patient’s ideal contour. Four days after surgery, Nicole was already impressed with her results. Just slightly swollen, Nicole was shocked by the speedy recovery period and the fact that her nose was already noticeably straighter and more contoured without any trace of the dorsal hump.
